Today the city of Glendale held City Council elections. There were five candidates running on the ballot to fill four, at-large council seats.
The polls closed at 7:00 pm and the City of Glendale is proud to announce the following results:
Marc Kamin - 324 votes Pat Opper - 317 votes R. Wayne King - 316 votes LuVerne Davenport - 298 votes Karey Perham - 140 votes
Glendale City Clerk Anna Fine confirmed the results.
The four newly elected Council members will be sworn into office Monday April, 10, 2006. The Glendale City council is composed of six at-large members and a Mayor.
