Paula Bovo is truly a Glendale resident who lives, works, and plays in Glendale.
Paula has been a resident of Glendale since 2004, having once been a resident at Heritage Creek, and now the President of the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Ridge Townhomes Homeowners Association.
Prior to her position on City Council, Paula served on the Glendale Planning Commission from 2007 through 2010. Drawing upon the knowledge she gained as a graduate of the Transit Alliance Citizen’s Academy, Paula is the Glendale representative for the Regional Transportation District. She is also one of the Glendale representatives to the Colorado Municipal League. Additionally, Paula is a Board member of the Glendale YMCA and she also enjoys representing Glendale annually at the Colorado Municipal League Conference and the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute Conference at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, from where she received her Juris Doctor.
Outside of her municipal participation, Paula is a tax attorney who owns a tax resolution business based in Glendale. She enjoys representing businesses large and small, as well as individuals, and engages in dispute resolution against the Internal Revenue Service on her clients’ behalf. Paula is also a member of the Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce.
In her free time Paula enjoys taking advantage of Glendale’s many parks with her husband Todd and their two dogs, Bella and Sabrina. You can always find them on a Saturday morning at Creekside Park, followed by a run with the Bull and Bush Running Club and a dip in the pool at Cherry Creek Athletic Club. Paula also enjoys watching all sports, rooting for her Alma matter Boston College Eagles and herhometown Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.
