Records Requests
Request Process

The City of Glendale complies with public records inspection requests in compliance with the Colorado Public Records Act, Article 72 of Title 24.

To receive records, you may print our records request form, or fill out online and email.  If printed, drop it off at the front window of the Police Department or fax to 303-757-3264. Please do not expect to wait for the records to be copied.

You will be called to return to pick up your records within three business days.

Colorado State Statute prohibits the release of certain reports or information relating to at-risk adults, juveniles, victims of crime, and on-going police investigations. Reports will be reviewed by appropriate personnel to determine if reports can be released.

The cost is generally $0.25 per page. Copies of evidence photos and/or 911 tapes are $25 per CD or DVD. You will be required to pay in cash at time of pick-up.

If you have further questions, please contact the Records Unit at 303-639-4313 or email our records supervisor.
