Due to the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act, C.R.S. 25-14-207, and the passage of Ordinance No. 6, Series of 2006, the City of Glendale can no longer accept new applications for Cigar-Tobaccos Bars. Any establishment existing before this date is required to register each year by January 31. There is no permit fee. Call 303-639-4708 with questions.
