An application (PDF) for mobile retail food establishments on private property is to be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of $100.00 for food trucks and $30.00 for pushcarts. Renewal applications are $20.00 for both mobile retail food establishments and pushcarts. Contact the City Clerk for information on food trucks or pushcarts on public property.
Mobile retail food establishments shall not operate and/or remain on the same lot for more than three hours in any 24-hour period. Pushcarts shall not operate and/or remain, unless placed inside a structure for storage, more than nine hours in any 24-hour period. See Section 5.49 of the Glendale Code for more information on mobile retail food establishments or pushcarts.
